Position: Jr. Accounts Assistant

Location : West Fort Thrissur

Experience:-6 Month to 1 yrs exp

Salary :- As per company Norms ( Also depending upon your experience )

Responsibilities

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer invoices. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Coordinate and Assist with other accounting projects

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1 years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
