Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Accountant to join our growing team supporting a US-based restaurant chain.

This role offers a positive and supportive work environment and involves both independent tasks and team collaboration. You will work closely with the existing India-based accounting team (4 members) and coordinate with US counterparts as needed.

Work Schedule

From Office:

12:00 PM (Noon) to 5:00 PM

Work From Home:

8:30 PM to 12:00 AM (Night)

Role Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts for a restaurant chain in the United States. Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience are mandatory.

This role involves both individual contribution and team collaboration. You will handle tasks independently while also supporting team operations and daily updates.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the books of accounts for the US restaurant chain. Perform

bank reconciliations

. Manage

monthly and annual book closing

. Prepare

Monthly MIS Reports

. Prepare

Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements

. Coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Handle communication via

email, calls, and messaging platforms

. Support daily task updates and team coordination.

Qualifications

CA Intermediate / CA Foundation / CA Intern / MBA (Finance)

preferred. M.Com candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.

Experience

Minimum 3

years of experience

in Accounting & Finance

OR

Completed

articleship/training under a CA

Freshers may apply if they are sincere, have strong English communication skills, and are proficient in MS Excel and computer-based work environments.

Required Skills

Proficiency in at least one accounting software. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Highly organized, sincere, and strong in communication. Comfortable coordinating remotely via email, video calls, and messaging tools. Ability to work long hours on a computer.
