Core Responsibilities
Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping for the showroom.
Prepare, update, and maintain financial statements (income, balance sheets).
Handle accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and monitor payments
Reconcile bank statements, review data accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and help with inventory management, including tracking jewellery stock and raw materials.
Coordinate with vendors and customers for billing and payments.
Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and audits.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and showroom standards.
Provide financial insights to management as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is preferred.
Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other common office tools.
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience is common for junior roles in showrooms.
Experience in the jewellery or retail sector is an advantage, though not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
