Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Junior Accountant

to join our finance team. As a junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial decision-making across our operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate accounting operations
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal audits
Implement and maintain internal financial controls
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making

Required Skills

:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to

manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Adaptability to different financial practices and regulations

Experience:

Minimum 2 years

of progressive accounting

experience

Experience in managing accounting functions for multi-location operations
Familiarity with

Indian accounting standards and tax regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CA

(Chartered Accountant)

or equivalent professional qualification
Knowledge of

ERP systems

SAP or Oracle
