Check and verify purchase orders and payments
Provide acknowledgements for supplier payment approvals
Create and manage GST invoices in compliance with applicable regulations
Organize invoices and expense records; share compiled ZIP folders with superiors
Maintain accurate and up-to-date order documentation
Calculate and send monthly staff salary emails
Prepare basic financial statements and reports
Work efficiently using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Support problem-solving activities and ensure quick resolution of accounting issues
Qualifications:
BBA / B.Com / MBA (Finance or Accounting preferred)
Experience:
1 year of experience in accounting, billing, or finance-related roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
