Job Description

P99soft is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of EPF, TDS, and Vendor TDS returns. Stay updated with the latest tax regulations and implement necessary changes.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. Assist in the finalization of annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Vendor Payments:

Process vendor payments efficiently and accurately. Maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions.

GST Compliance:

Ensure accurate calculation and filing of GST returns. Stay updated with GST regulations and their impact on the business.

Financial Analysis:

Assist in conducting financial analysis to identify trends and potential issues. Provide support to management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good to have experience working in Zoho Books.
