The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, preparing reports, and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare sales, purchase, expense, and journal vouchers.
Maintain cash book, bank book, and general ledger.
B. Banking Operations
Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly.
Handle payments, deposits, and withdrawal documentation.
Coordinate with banks for transactions, statement collection, and queries.
C. Compliance & Statutory Work
Assist in GST filing, GST reconciliation, and record keeping.
Support TDS calculation, deduction, and filing.
Assist in PF/ESI compliance if required.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory inspections.
D. Financial Reporting & Documentation
Prepare monthly MIS reports.
Support the team in finalization of accounts.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, outstanding statements.
Assist in stock audit, asset management, and financial documentation.
E. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with sales, HR, service, and procurement teams for invoice, challan, and payment-related documentation.
Follow internal financial policies and approval processes.
