Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments).
Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and supporting documents.
B. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, receipts, and financial records.
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and spreadsheets as required.
Support internal and external audits.
C. Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
