Manage daily accounting operations using Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory / Zoho Expense
Record journal entries, invoices, bills, and payments accurately
Handle bank and account reconciliations monthly
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) accurately and on time
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and filing of quarterly TDS returns
Conduct monthly bank and ledger reconciliations
Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable
Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
2-3 years of experience
in an accounting role
Hands-on experience with
Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Good communication and documentation skills
