We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented
Data Entry Operator
to support the Accounts Department. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial and accounting data, ensuring smooth and error-free operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enter financial transactions, invoices, and vouchers into the accounting system.
Maintain and update vendor and customer records.
Assist in accounts reconciliation by providing accurate data.
Generate and maintain reports as required by the accounts team.
Support the accounts team in day-to-day operations and document management.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Assist during audits by providing required data and records.
Requirements
Graduate degree; additional qualification in accounting is a plus.
Prior experience in data entry, preferably in accounts or finance.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
