Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

. Accounting Operations:

- GST working and TDS working on monthly and quarterly basis

- Supervise and review the work of junior accountants, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses.

. Audit and Compliance:

- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.

. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

2. Experience:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.

- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

3. Skills:

- Strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and manage a team, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.

- Proficient in accounting software and systems (e.g., ERP, Excel, Tally).

Pay: ?14,866.80 - ?20,000.00 per month
