Jr. Accounts Executive (Hotel/Construction experience)

We are looking for a hotel junior accountant who will handle recording daily financial transactions, processing invoices and payments (accounts payable/receivable), and financial report preparation, and bank reconciliations. They are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting senior accountants with other tasks like auditing and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

Record keeping:

Maintain and update financial records, general ledger accounts, and journal entries.

Accounts payable/receivable:

Process invoices, manage payments, track expenses, and handle accounts receivable.

Reconciliation:

Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Financial reporting:

Help prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and balance sheets.

Auditing and compliance:

Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Budgeting:

Support senior management in budget preparation and financial planning.

General support:

Assist senior accountants with various tasks and projects as needed.

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information.

Experience: 2-3 Years in Hotel's /Construction industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
