Key Responsibilities:
General Accounting:?Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and balance sheets.
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):?Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns as per statutory requirements. Resolve TDS-related queries.
GST (Goods and Services Tax):?Manage GST registration, calculation, monthly and quarterly filing, and compliance. Handle GST input/output reconciliations.
Tally ERP 9/Prime:?Proficiently operate Tally for day-to-day accounting, sales, purchases, and accounting vouchers.
Cash Management:?Monitor daily cash balances, process payments and receipts, handle petty cash, perform cash reconciliations.
Inventory Management:?Track inventory inflows/outflows, maintain stock records, coordinate with stores/warehouses, and ensure stock reconciliations in Tally.
Bank Reconciliation:?Reconcile bank statements with company books and resolve discrepancies.
Audit Assistance:?Support in preparing documents and reports required for statutory and internal audits.
MIS Reporting:?Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports as required by management.
Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience working in a CA firm or a company.
Experience in cash and inventory management.
Good MS Excel skills.
