\xef\x82\xb7 Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and
analyzing account information.
\xef\x82\xb7 Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
\xef\x82\xb7 Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
\xef\x82\xb7 Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing
balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
\xef\x82\xb7 Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting
disbursements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Follow up for C form & F Form
\xef\x82\xb7 Regularly analysis of customer ageing and sending mail to customer for any
cheque due to deposit.
\xef\x82\xb7 Reconciliation of Customer & follow-up for payment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining Scheme Details & Updating invoices.
\xef\x82\xb7 Punching all customer receipt and adjustment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Debit & Credit note punching in system
\xef\x82\xb7 Scrutiny of sales team expenses as per policy
\xef\x82\xb7 Daily sending bank receipts of all operating bank to all depots
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have project procurement experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge in working with Project Purchase department
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of purchase procedures, supply chain, vendor management, and
Negotiation skill.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to negotiate prices with vendors.

• An Ideal candidate shall be:

\xef\x82\xb7 3+ years accounting experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Expertise with Tally / Other accounting software
\xef\x82\xb7 Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent organizational, problem-solving & communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Additional experience in Audit
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of GST* Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 to 930,000.00 /month
