Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable

Junior Accountant

to support our day-to-day accounting operations, documentation, and bank reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on experience with financial systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records Prepare and process invoices Conduct bank reconciliations Assist in statutory filings (GST, TDS, etc.) and maintain proper documentation Provide daily accounting support to the finance team Support in internal audits, documentation, and compliance processes Help with month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Experience

2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Prior experience with

Tally

,

Busy

, or other accounting software preferred Experience with statutory filing and bank reconciliations is an advantage

Educational Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com

Key Skills

Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals Proficiency in

MS Excel

, and/or accounting software High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good time-management and organizational skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks Strong communication skills and team collaboration
