We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive with over 1 year of experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform sales entry and maintain accurate sales records.
Handle purchase entry and update purchase ledgers.
Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy between bank statements and company records.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of sales and purchase entries
Experience with bank reconciliation
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel) is a plus
