Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Accounts Executive

with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing team in Mohali. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in finance while working in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports. Handle basic taxation processes including TDS and GST. Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.). Manage digital payment systems such as

PayPal

and perform reconciliations. Support budgeting and cash flow tracking. Assist in internal/external audits and coordinate with financial consultants. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum

1 year

of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Basic knowledge of taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance. Familiarity with digital payment platforms like

PayPal

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred). Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?10,507.90 - ?20,089.95 per month
