Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in
Tally ERP
Handle
purchase, sales, and expense entries
related to manufacturing and retail operations
Prepare and assist in
GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
Perform
bank reconciliation
and
ledger reconciliation
Maintain records of
invoices, debit/credit notes, and petty cash
Support the finance team in
monthly closing and reporting
Coordinate with stores, vendors, and internal teams for billing and documentation
Assist during
internal and statutory audits
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of
accounting, GST, and TDS
Working knowledge of
Tally ERP
and
MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Good communication and learning attitude
