We are looking for an

Accounts Executive

to handle day-to-day accounting work in our jewellery business. The candidate should be well-versed in

Prime

Software

. The role requires accuracy, responsibility, and timely completion of accounts work.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries in

Prime Software

(sales, purchase, receipts, payments, vouchers, stock). Prepare invoices, bills, and maintain financial records. Assist in reconciliations and prepare basic reports. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth workflow. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all accounts data.

Requirements:

Experience in accounting role, preferably in retail/jewellery industry. Proficiency in

Prime

Software

(mandatory). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Qualification :

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum

6 months to 1 year

of experience in accounting.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience in

Prime Software

(mandatory). Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Handling). Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Salary Range : 15000k to 30000k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
