We are looking for an

Accounts Executive

to handle day-to-day accounting work in our jewellery business. The candidate should be well-versed in

Tally Prime

and have basic knowledge of

GATI software

for dispatch/ logistics entries. The role requires accuracy, responsibility, and timely completion of accounts work.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries in

Tally Prime

(sales, purchase, receipts, payments, vouchers, stock). Prepare invoices, bills, and maintain financial records. Assist in reconciliations and prepare basic reports. Update dispatch-related entries using

GATI software

when required. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth workflow. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all accounts data.

Requirements:

Experience in accounting role, preferably in retail/jewellery industry. Proficiency in

Tally Prime

(mandatory). Basic knowledge of

GATI software

. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Qualification :

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum

6 months to 1 year

of experience in accounting.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience in

Tally Prime

(mandatory). Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Handling). Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Salary Range : 15000k to 30000k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
