Handle daily bill booking and voucher entries
Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase bills and supporting documents
Assist in preparing basic financial reports and reconciliations
Coordinate with vendors for bill clarifications and payment-related queries
Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to the accounts department
Ensure timely filing and documentation as per internal standards
Assist senior team members during audits and month-end closing
