Manage virtual office clients: send proposals, collect documents/payments, prepare agreements/NOCs, handle renewals/closures, maintain records.
Handle basic accounts using
Tally Prime
(min 1 yr exp): expense tracking, invoicing, budgeting, vendor bills, ledger reports/reconciliations.
Coordinate vendors for office supplies/raw materials, deliveries, internet/camera fixes, ensure smooth supply flow.
Conduct site checks (photos/issues), procure materials, submit bills to accounts.
HR support: new joiner docs (ID/biometrics/bank), attendance tracking, payslips.
Admin tasks: emails/calendars/follow-ups, Excel data entry, operational reports, filing.
Assist family office with GST checks, basic agreements, documentation.ppl-ai-file-upload.s3.amazonaws?
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year hands-on Tally Prime experience
(mandatory).
1-3 years in office ops/admin/accounts (coworking/real estate preferred).
Basic accounts knowledge, MS Excel/GSheets, Gmail proficiency.
Fluent English + Hindi communication.
Organized, proactive, Delhi NCR local (site visits required).
