Job Description

Purpose

: Cold-calling from a given database for lead generation and create awareness about our programs.

Responsibilities:



1. Contact potential customers to inform them about a Courses

2. Answer questions about our courses

3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

4. Enter and update customer information in the database

5. Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

6. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:



1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

3. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

4. Ability to Speak in English & Kannada, knowing other language is bonus.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,487.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
