We seek a talented and creative Journalist cum Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional storytelling skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for producing engaging news content across various platforms. You will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing news stories, features, and scripts for broadcast, while ensuring all content is optimized for online and social media.

Key Responsibilities :

Research and Content Development: Investigate and gather information on current events, trends, and topics of interest, ensuring all content is thoroughly researched and fact-checked.

Writing and Editing : Produce clear, compelling, and informative news articles, scripts, and features that resonate with our audience, adhering to journalistic standards and company style guidelines.

On-Air Presentation : Occasionally present news stories on air, maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering content with clarity and confidence.

Multimedia Integration : Work closely with video editors and producers to merge written content with visuals, enhancing the overall storytelling experience.

Social Media Strategy : Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to promote news stories, drive audience engagement, and foster community interaction.

Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on current events, emerging trends, and audience preferences to ensure content remains timely and relevant.

Audience Engagement : Interact with the audience through comments, messages, and live chats, building rapport and addressing inquiries about news content.

Ethical Standards: Maintain the highest journalistic integrity and ethics standards in all written and broadcast materials.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.

1 to 2 years of experience in content writing or broadcast journalism, with a strong portfolio of written work.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content optimization.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent English Proficiency.

Strong research skills and the ability to distill complex information into accessible content.

Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
