Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the joinery production unit by overseeing planning, material coordination, manpower allocation, quality control, and timely delivery of joinery works including furniture, doors, wardrobes, paneling, and custom interior elements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and supervise daily joinery workshop operations. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams for smooth workflow. Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and BOQs before production. Allocate tasks to carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and helpers. Monitor production timelines to meet project deadlines. Ensure quality control across all joinery works as per standards and specifications. Optimize material usage and minimize wastage. Maintain inventory of raw materials (plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, veneer, etc.). Monitor maintenance of machinery and tools. Enforce safety protocols and housekeeping standards in the factory. Train and mentor production staff for skill improvement. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management. Coordinate site measurements and installation support when required.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Carpentry, Civil, or Interior Production (preferred). Minimum

5-10 years of experience

in joinery / modular furniture / interior manufacturing. Strong knowledge of

plywood, MDF, laminate, veneer, hardware fittings, edge banding, PU polishing, etc.

Ability to interpret

AutoCAD drawings and cutting lists.

Team leadership & manpower management experience. Problem-solving mindset with strong quality focus. Knowledge of CNC, edge banding, post-forming, or other woodworking machinery will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
