Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Joinery Estimator located in Kozhikode. The Joinery Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate joinery cost estimations, analyzing project requirements, and working closely with the design and production teams. Daily tasks also include preparing detailed take-offs, compiling labor and material costs, and maintaining supplier and contractor relationships.

Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates and joinery take-offs Strong analytical and mathematical skills Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications Knowledge of materials, labor, and production processes in the woodworking industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field is a plus
