Salary

Drive with us and earn up to Rs 35,000 per month. Additional rewards and performance-based bonuses that go up to Rs 18,500 are also available. Be a part of our referral program and earn up to Rs 2000 by introducing new drivers to the company.

Benefits

The company will provide you with a complimentary Uber ID and profile upon joining. Drivers do not need to own a vehicle as they will be provided with a new Wagon R car. All the vehicle's maintenance, insurance documentation, repairs, and permit renewals will be managed by the company. Drivers only need to complete their rides. Every driver partner will be given a dedicated partner manager to help with vehicle or customer-related problems.

We prefer candidates who have a minimum qualification of higher secondary education (12th). Individuals who do not meet the educational qualification but are willing to work harder and fulfil all other company requirements are encouraged to apply as well.

Experience

A minimum of two years of prior driving experience is mandatory.

Other Requirements

Must prioritise customer safety and security. Must have a clear driving record. Good communication skills are a must. Must follow safe driving practices. Candidates must be familiar with GPS devices.

Must be physically fit and be able to manage heavy luggage.
