We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful ,immediate joiner Placement Officer to lead our efforts in connecting students--especially from IT and Management streams--with top-tier employment and internship opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong industry networks, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in facilitating corporate tie-ups and student placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Collaboration & Outreach:
Build and maintain strong relationships with leading companies, especially within IT and Management sectors.
Initiate and manage partnerships with corporates for campus recruitment drives, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
Collaborate with HR professionals and hiring managers to understand industry needs and trends.
Placement & Internship Coordination:
Organize and oversee campus placement drives, internship programs, and pre-placement talks.
Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counselling.
Monitor placement metrics and report to management on placement status and employer feedback.

Event & Visit Facilitation:
Coordinate industry visits for students to ensure real-world exposure and understanding.
Arrange interactive events such as job fairs, panel discussions, and alumni talks in collaboration with industry partners.

Academic Collaboration:
Work with corporate clients to promote admissions into Executive MBA, MCA and all other programs offered by the college.
Support in identifying skill gaps and recommending training programs to enhance student employability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or career services in any educational institute/college is must.
Strong network with industry professionals, particularly in IT and Management sectors.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with placement tools, CRM software, and reporting mechanisms.
