Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group counselling to UPSC aspirants about exam structure, syllabus, and preparation roadmap.
Guide students in planning study schedules, choosing optional subjects, and understanding prelims-mains-interview strategy.
Assist students in selecting suitable courses, batches, and learning modules.
Address student queries related to preparation, motivation, time management, and sources.
Conduct orientation sessions and career guidance seminars for new aspirants.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into admissions.
