Provide accurate information about SSC and Bank exams, eligibility, syllabus, and career opportunities.
Handle incoming inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
Counsel students one-on-one or in regarding SSC and Bank exam preparation
Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the enrollment and admission process.
Coordinate with faculty/academic teams to address student concerns and track progress.
Support the counselling and sales team in achieving enrollment targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of experience in counselling, education sales.
SSC/Bank exam aspirants are highly preferred.
