Role: Accounts & Documentation Executive (Full-time, On-site)
Location: Muvattupuzha, Kerala
responsibilities:
Daily accounting, billing, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
Preparation and maintenance of import/export documentation
Tally entries, GST filings support, vendor/customer coordination
Bank documentation for exports and logistics coordination
Must-have qualifications:
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Tally (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of accounts, billing, and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word)
Good communication and attention to detail
Prior work experience in an import & export firm Familiarity with export procedures, shipping terms, and banking docs
