Responsibilities:
Looking for : evening shift ( 4pm to 1am) , at Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.
Handling incoming & outgoing calls, emails and chats with good communication skills professionally.
Should speak fluently in at least 3 Indian regional languages.
Exceptional phone manner.
Patient centric and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be flexible, organized, and function well under pressure.
Documenting all the calls.
Quality & AHT to be maintained as per process requirement.
Always be updated with the Process knowledge.
Should take initiatives & be flexible for the changes.
Basic knowledge on Computer skills.
Work from office.
Requirements:

Should be patient and speak fluently
