Leading and directing the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business. Performance management Attract , retain and develop talent to support growth and business success to ensure 100% resource fulfilment at all times On boarding & Exit Formalities , including Issuing offer letter , appointment letter , confirmation letter , transfer letter , reliving letter. Maintaining Leave Policy , employee queries and grievance etc. Handling admin activities. Implementing the training and development agenda Addition Information Salary:INR 2 , 00 , 000 - 4 , 50 , 000 P.A. Should be MBA HR / PGDM Good written and verbal communication Skills Basic knowledge and proficient excel Good sense of humor 2 - 4 years of experience into HR admin & Operations.
