Job Title: Warehouse Executive - Export Operations

Location: Bhiwandi

Department: Supply Chain / Operations

Reports To: Senior Warehouse Manager

Experience Required: 3-6 Years (Warehouse Operations / Inventory Management)

Salary Range - 3 to 5 Lakh PA

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive will assist in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including

receipt, storage, and dispatch of Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM). The role

involves maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing reports, ensuring FIFO systems are

followed, and coordinating with production and export logistics teams to achieve smooth

warehouse functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Support

? Assist in inbound and outbound operations - unloading, verification, binning, picking,

packing, and dispatch.

? Ensure accurate physical verification of materials during receipt and issue.

? Maintain proper tagging, labeling, and storage of materials as per SOP.

? Support warehouse space optimization and cleanliness under 5S standards.

2. Inventory Control & Documentation

? Maintain accurate FG and RM inventory records in system and physical stock.

? Prepare daily stock statements, inward/outward registers, and movement reports.

? Support cycle counts and monthly stock audits; report discrepancies immediately.

? Ensure FIFO / FEFO systems are strictly followed for all material movement.

3. Reporting & MIS

? Prepare and update daily dispatch reports, stock summaries, and ageing reports.

? Submit material movement and stock variance reports to the Senior Warehouse Manager.

? Maintain system entries in ERP / WMS (SAP, Tally Prime, or equivalent) for all transactions.

4. Coordination

? Coordinate with production, purchase, and export logistics teams for material requirements

and dispatch planning.

? Communicate with transporters and internal departments for on-time dispatch and

documentation.

? Follow up for GRN entries, delivery challans, invoices, and packing lists.

5. Compliance & Safety

? Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and company SOPs.

? Ensure material handling equipment is operated safely and maintained in good condition.

? Support in maintaining audit and documentation compliance for warehouse and export

operations.

Educational Qualification:

? Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations

? Diploma in Material Management or Logistics (Preferred)

Key Skills & Competencies:

? Good understanding of warehouse and inventory operations.

? Knowledge of ERP / WMS software (SAP, Tally, or similar).

? Basic knowledge of export documentation preferred.

? Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.

? Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

? Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
