Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain and pitch IT/software products and services
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain call records, follow-ups, and customer interactions
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Required Experience:
Minimum 6 months of telesales experience in an IT company (Mandatory)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic social media & CRM knowledge preferred
