Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and sharp-minded professional to take charge of Internal Controls and ISO Compliance with a "disruptor" approach--challenging outdated systems, introducing efficient processes, and enhancing compliance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and strengthen internal control systems across business units.
Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant
ISO standards
(e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) across all operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate
ISO systems
into day-to-day processes and ensure efficient, compliant workflows.
Challenge legacy systems and bring in innovative methods for compliance and control.
Build awareness and provide training on compliance protocols and best practices.
Use data and technology to automate and streamline compliance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a control-oriented mindset.
Prepare reports on control gaps, non-compliance areas, and recommendations for leadership.
Develop, implement, and regularly update
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for key operational functions, including
transportation, shipping, and logistics
.
Ensure that all SOPs are aligned with industry standards, compliance regulations, and company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
5+ years of experience
in relegated field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
(pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, etc.).
Good computer skills
(familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting).
ERP system knowledge
(SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) is preferred..
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
