, and we're looking for a hands-on engineer to help us scale smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities

Project Design & Engineering

Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems. Prepare detailed system designs including single-line diagrams, layouts, and energy yield simulations. Optimize system performance using tools like PVsyst, AutoCAD, and Helioscope.

Execution & Commissioning

Lead on-site execution of solar projects from mobilization to commissioning. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and vendor teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Supervise installation of modules, inverters, structures, cabling, and protection systems.

Technical Documentation & Compliance

Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and documentation for approvals and audits. Ensure adherence to MNRE, DISCOM, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals and resolve issues. Provide technical support during client handovers and post-installation troubleshooting.

O&M Support

Assist in performance monitoring and maintenance of operational solar plants. Analyze generation data and recommend performance improvement measures.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy

Experience: 2-5 years in solar EPC projects (100kW-1MW scale)

Software Proficiency: PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Excel, Helioscope (preferred)

Technical Knowledge: Solar PV design, grid integration, safety protocols, net metering

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Travel Willing to travel extensively across India

Language: Hindi & English fluency required
