Job Details
: Execute the production plan and optimising the resources needed for that.
Prioritise safety over production
TASKS :
To continuously monitor all the equipments and identify any problems & take action to eliminate them
Ensure smooth running of all the equipments.
Manage daily production schedules - To check and maintain raw material availability for each batch in coordination with production manager.
To co-ordinate with the operators and ensure the product quality, quantity and the batch cycle time as per set norms.
To ensure that all process & safety parameters are strictly followed (Process Control).
To maintain the pollution norms with in specified limits
To coordinate with engineering department for the problems related to plant occurred during shift
To be responsible for work permit
To allocate Manpower for shift operations.
Maximise the throughput and asset efficiency
Timely completion of the Job card( Responsible for the entire Material Balance)
Supervise the filling and Labelling operations and will be totally accountable for these operations
Practice safe work habits in the shift operation( Tool Box Meeting , REX sharing etc)
Minimise waste (time, products etc)
Maintain Proper Shift communications, Daily Production Report & Idle time statistics
Responsible for the entire Housekeeping of the Plant

Key Skills
: - Degree in Engineering - Chemical / Degree in Chemistry - Minimum 2 years experience managing production - Chemical plant experience desired - Prior first line supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility desired - Demonstrated computer skills - Excellent communication and writing skills - Demonstrated knowledge of safety
