This role is responsible for developing new distributor and dealer networks, promoting the company's plumbing and piping products in the market, and ensuring consistent business growth.
The Field Staff will be actively involved in generating new leads, taking orders, following up on payments, and maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors and dealers.
The role also includes conducting regular market visits, understanding customer needs, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring timely feedback to the management for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to distributors, dealers, and potential clients to strengthen market presence.
Develop new distributor and dealer networks and maintain strong business relationships.
Promote the company's plumbing and piping products through effective field marketing and promotional activities.
Generate new sales leads, take orders, and ensure timely follow-ups for payments and deliveries.
Monitor product availability, display, and branding at dealer points to ensure company visibility.
Collect and share market intelligence including competitor activities, customer requirements, and feedback.
Coordinate with the office, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution and issue resolution.
Participate in trade meets, plumber engagement programs, and product awareness campaigns.
Maintain a professional image of the company during all customer and market interactions.
Prepare daily or weekly reports on field activities, sales performance, and promotional outcomes
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (depending on company policy).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in field operations, sales, or service preferred.
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong observation and reporting ability.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
