Role Overview
As a
Senior Designer - Corporate Office Spaces
, you will play a critical hands-on role in shaping design concepts and translating client requirements into well-executed office environments. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and execution partners to deliver functional, efficient, and visually compelling designs within tight timelines.

design thinking, detailing, and execution

Key Responsibilities
Design Execution:
Lead the design development process from concept to final design deliverables for corporate office interiors.
Client Interaction:
Engage directly with clients to understand space requirements, brand intent, budget, and timelines, and translate these into effective design solutions.
Space Planning:
Develop efficient layouts, test-fits, and detailed drawings aligned with corporate workplace standards and functionality.
Design Development:
Prepare mood boards, material palettes, 3D views, and detailed drawings suitable for execution.
Coordination:
Work closely with project managers, site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
Multiple Projects:
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality and adherence to timelines.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure designs meet applicable building codes, safety norms, and corporate standards.
Design Innovation:
Stay updated on workplace design trends, materials, finishes, and technologies relevant to corporate offices.
Value Engineering:
Support cost-effective design decisions without compromising functionality or aesthetics.
What We're Looking For
Degree in
Architecture or Interior Design
.
8+ years of hands-on experience
in corporate office interiors / commercial fit-outs.
Strong portfolio demonstrating
executed corporate office projects
.
High proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
SketchUp / Revit
, and
Adobe Creative Suite
.
Solid understanding of space planning, materials, construction methods, and execution detailing.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
.
Detail-oriented with a strong design sensibility and practical mindset.
