We are looking for a highly skilled Accountant with in-depth hands-on experience in NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in US Accounting practices and must have worked on end-to-end accounting processes using NetSuite. This role requires someone who can independently manage accounting functions, system setups, and reporting within NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
oManage full-cycle accounting operations in NetSuite, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closings.
oPerform end-to-end accounting activities--journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance.
oCustomize and generate financial and management reports through NetSuite dashboards.
oHandle US Accounting processes, including revenue recognition, expense management, and GAAP compliance.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
oMaintain and optimize NetSuite configurations, workflows, and integrations as needed.
oIdentify and implement process improvements within the NetSuite environment.
oSupport audits by providing reports and documentation from NetSuite.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
oBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
oMinimum 3 years of strong, hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (mandatory).
oExperience in US Accounting and knowledge of US GAAP preferred.
oAbility to perform end-to-end accounting processes independently.
oStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
oDetail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
oExperience in NetSuite implementation or customization.
oExposure to multi-entity or global accounting environments.
oKnowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and other reporting tools.
