Job Overview:
We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with 1-4 years of
professional experience who has a solid understanding of server-side
logic, database management, and API development. Additional exposure
to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies will be a strong plus. The
ideal candidate should be passionate about building efficient, scalable
backend systems and be eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven
environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend
services using Python.
-Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and AI
components.
-Collaborate with frontend developers, data scientists, and product
teams to deliver high-performance applications.
-Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
-Work on database design, optimization, and integration (SQL and
NoSQL).
-Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and
performance tuning.
-Apply AI/ML models to backend systems where applicable (e.g.,
automation, analytics, personalization).
-Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions.

Required Skills:
-1-4 years of experience in Python backend development.?Proficient with frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django
(preferred).
-Good understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
-Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL,
or MongoDB.
-Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
-Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and the ability to
integrate AI components (e.g., using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or
PyTorch).
-Experience with Docker and API deployment is a plus.
Good to Have:
-Exposure to AI-powered features such as recommendation
engines, NLP, or computer vision.
-Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
-Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or
Azure).
-Experience with unit testing frameworks like PyTest or Unittest.
