Job Title: Operations Manager - E-commerce
Location: Jammu
Experience: Minimum 2 years in e-commerce operations
Key Responsibilities:
Order Manifestation & Fulfillment:
Manage daily order processing across all e-commerce portals (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) ensuring accurate and timely manifestation.
Logistics Coordination:
Maintain daily reconciliation with all logistics partners.
Ensure timely dispatches and delivery tracking.
Liaise with logistics partners for operational updates, issue resolution, and performance reviews.
Vendor & Cost Management:
Evaluate and onboard new logistics partners as needed.
Work on cost optimization strategies to reduce logistics and shipping costs without compromising service quality.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain and update Excel-based trackers for dispatches, returns, and cost metrics.
Use Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for data reconciliation and report generation.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables mandatory)
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and shipping APIs preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
