Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to international clients/customers.
Handle inbound queries professionally.
Explain products/services and generate leads or close sales (as required).
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
Meet daily/weekly targets and performance metrics.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Previous international calling/BPO experience preferred (but freshers can apply if communication is strong).
Ability to work night shifts or international time zones.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
