will lead global affiliate revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and scaling high-performing affiliate partnerships across international markets. This role owns the complete affiliate sales lifecycle--from strategy and partner onboarding to revenue optimization and team leadership--within mobile performance, CPI/CPA campaigns, and digital advertising ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities-
Global Affiliate Sales Strategy
Define and execute the
international affiliate sales strategy
aligned with business growth goals.
Identify and penetrate key global markets (US, UK, Europe, LATAM, SEA, MENA).
Develop revenue models for CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS, and hybrid campaigns.
Affiliate & Publisher Acquisition
Recruit, onboard, and activate
top-tier international affiliates and publishers
.
Build strategic partnerships with media buyers, networks, and traffic sources.
Negotiate commercial terms, margins, payouts, and long-term contracts.
Revenue Growth & Optimization
Own
global affiliate revenue targets
and ensure consistent achievement.
Analyze affiliate performance, traffic quality, and ROI to drive scale.
Work closely with delivery and account teams to optimize campaign outcomes.
Team Leadership & Management
Build, lead, and mentor the
international affiliate sales team
.
Set KPIs, sales targets, and performance benchmarks.
Drive a high-performance, data-driven sales culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with
Delivery, Product, Tech, Finance, and Compliance
teams.
Ensure smooth campaign setup, tracking, payouts, and fraud prevention.
Act as the escalation point for key affiliate and revenue-impacting issues.
Reporting & Forecasting
Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and affiliate performance metrics.
Present weekly/monthly revenue reports to leadership.
Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
Education & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
7-12+ years of experience in
international affiliate sales / performance marketing
.
Proven experience managing
global affiliates and scaling revenue
.
Core Skills
Strong understanding of
affiliate marketing, mobile CPI/CPA, performance media, and ad-tech ecosystems

Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
