HR Executive - Recruitment, Learning & Employee Engagement

Job Summary



The HR Executive - Recruitment, Learning & Employee Engagement will handle

end-to-end recruitment

, coordinate

learning & development initiatives

, and manage

employee engagement activities

to support workforce growth, capability building, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :



Recruitment :



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for junior to mid-level positions Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendors Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates Maintain recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and hiring MIS Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding support

Learning & Development (L&D) :



Coordinate internal and external

training programs and skill development sessions

Identify training needs in coordination with department heads Maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback records Support induction and onboarding training for new employees Prepare L&D reports and training effectiveness summaries

Employee Engagement & Activities



Plan and execute

employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and cultural events

Organize

monthly birthday celebrations, festival events, and recognition programs

Support employee communication and engagement initiatives Collect employee feedback and suggest engagement improvements

HR Operations Support



Maintain HR documentation related to recruitment, training, and engagement Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and event partners

Skills & Attributes



Strong recruitment coordination and sourcing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Good planning, organizational, and multitasking skills Creative mindset for engagement initiatives Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Education & Experience



Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field

6 months - 1 yr years of experience

in recruitment, HR operations, or L&D roles
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
