About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic

Field Marketing & Sales Executive

to promote and sell our

modular furniture products and modular furniture hardware accessories

in Ernakulam. The role involves direct field visits, product demonstrations, lead generation, and building strong relationships with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion

Visit builders, architects, interior designers, furniture workshops, carpenters, and contractors. Identify new business opportunities for

modular furniture

and

hardware accessories

(hinges, channels, handles, fittings, etc.). Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across the Ernakulam region.

2. Sales & Customer Relationship Management

Present modular furniture solutions and hardware product ranges to customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product options. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain long-term relationships with retail shops and carpentry workshops.

3. Field Marketing & Product Promotion

Conduct product demos for furniture hardware items (soft-close mechanisms, locks, fittings, etc.). Promote the company through brochures, campaigns, and showroom/site visits. Participate in exhibitions, meet-ups, and promotional events.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Update daily field visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with the warehouse/factory for inventory and delivery schedules. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in sales of

modular furniture, furniture hardware, interior materials, tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials

preferred. Strong communication skills in Malayalam + basic English/Hindi. Knowledge of modular furniture hardware items is an

added advantage

. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. High energy, self-motivated, target-driven personality.

Qualifications

Any degree/diploma. Freshers with interest in field sales may also apply.
