We are looking for an experienced
Desktop Support Engineer
to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across systems and users.Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain
desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
ProvideL1/L2 technical support
for hardware, OS, network, and application issues Handleuser account setup, password resets, and access management
TroubleshootLAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Outlook
issues Manageantivirus updates, OS patching, and system performance
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and AMC support Maintainasset inventory, documentation, and IT support logs
Required Skills:
Strong in
Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, and Networking basics
Hands-on withremote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP)
Knowledge ofticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Excellenttroubleshooting, communication, and customer support
skillsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
