, you will be responsible for leading and managing the
end-to-end delivery of performance marketing campaigns, affiliate programs, and mobile advertising solutions
for international and domestic clients. You will ensure high service quality, operational excellence, timely campaign delivery, and performance optimization by steering cross-functional teams, tools, and processes.
Key Responsibilities-
Strategic Delivery Leadership
Own the
full delivery lifecycle
for performance campaigns across mobile channels, affiliate partners, and programmatic platforms.
Define delivery frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability.
Drive improvements to delivery processes, adoption of best practices, and integration of new technologies.
Campaign Execution & Quality
Oversee
campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting
to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
Ensure all campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS) are delivered on time, align with client expectations, and deliver measurable ROI.
Troubleshoot delivery issues and proactively mitigate risks that can impact performance or timelines.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary
delivery escalation point
for key clients, ensuring swift issue resolution and high satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Analytics teams to sync on scope, expectations, and deliverables.
Present campaign delivery performance, insights, and improvement recommendations to clients and leadership.
Team Leadership & Development
Build, mentor, and lead a
high-performing delivery team
including campaign managers, analysts, and operations resources.
Set clear objectives, performance goals, and accountability frameworks for the delivery organization.
Champion training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing across delivery functions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Ensure real-time monitoring and reporting of campaign performance, trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
Establish and track delivery KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Provide regular dashboards and insights to senior leadership and clients.
Operational Excellence
Align delivery processes with organizational growth strategies and client expectations.
Drive adoption of efficient tools, automation, and measurement platforms to enhance delivery speed and quality.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Education & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
1-6+ years of experience in
delivery, operations, campaign management, or ad tech leadership roles
, preferably in mobile performance, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising.
Core Skills
Deep understanding of mobile performance campaigns, affiliate ecosystems, programmatic media delivery, and tracking technologies.
Strong operational and project management experience with a proven ability to deliver complex, multi-market campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
Advanced stakeholder, communication, and client management skills.
Experience with mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and performance reporting.
