Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through online research, social media, and databases.
Make outbound calls and send emails to potential clients to introduce company services.
Prospect and reach out to potential clients (HR Heads, Founders)
Maintain and update the CRM with lead and client information.
Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with clients.
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate (BBA/MBA preferred).
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of sales concepts.
Good knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
